The project originated from the idea of creating a genuine modular system, transferring a concept traditionally associated with furniture design into the heating industry. This is... the starting point for Pypeline, Antrax IT’s new collection, conceived by architect and designer Victor Vasilev as a product with a modular structure capable of generating a wide range of different configurations to meet specific interior design and heating output requirements.
“There were two key themes behind the design of this collection,” explains Victor Vasilev. “On the one hand, the identification of a repeatable module; on the other, the contrast between aesthetic rigour and compositional freedom. The combination of these two aspects gave rise to Pypeline, a designer radiator that can be used in a variety of settings and spatial contexts.”
The departure from formal rigidity, which the designer had previously explored with the Flaps radiator, returns here with a different interpretation in the 2026 collection. Rather than interrupting a smooth plate – as in his first collaboration with Antrax IT – a cylindrical module with a diameter of 5 cm and a length of 20, 30 or 40 cm is repeated in a staggered, non-linear sequence, animated by a rhythmic offset of its axes.
“This controlled shift transforms the archetype of the industrial pipe into a moving form, a kind of ‘interrupted flow’ that plays with light and shadow,” continues Victor Vasilev.
The geometric purity and minimalist character of the cylindrical volume thus evolve into a dynamic design, available as a 140 cm electric-only radiator in two different configurations, as well as a 50 cm heated accessory. Installed vertically, the radiator provides a practical place to hang bathrobes and towels; when installed horizontally, it becomes a convenient towel rail. The accessory, meanwhile, serves as a practical heated element for the bathroom, ideal for the washbasin or bidet area. Multiple units can be installed in sequence to create a potentially endless line, or positioned side by side to achieve a striking sculptural effect and an enhanced three-dimensional texture.
Available in glossy, matt and textured finishes, as well as the galvanic finishes Light Gold, Copper, Black Diamond and Nickel Brushed, Pypeline maintains complete visual consistency while offering a versatile tool for shaping warmth on the wall.
